Obituary

York, SC - In loving memory of Saundra Sexton Rinehart (Sandy) who was born on October 26, 1947 and died on July 29,2026.

Memorial service will be 2:00 pm Sunday, August 2, 2026, at Whitesell Funeral Home, 975 Riverview Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730 with Mr. Mike Dunlap officiating.

A native of Rock Hill, SC Mrs. Rinehart was a daughter of the late Phillip and Madeline Sexton.

Surviving are her daughters, Michelle Robinson Dunlap (Mike) and Elizabeth Rinehart Garvey (Jonathan); two sisters, Judy Faile and Glennis Beard; 8 grandchildren, Tyler Blackmon, Lauren Lowery (Michael Maccarone), Abby Simon (Gabriel Dias), Victoria Robinson (James Navey), Jessica Hibbeler (Todd), Jacob Garvey, Zack Garvey (Brooke), and Shelby Dunlap; a granddaughter-in-law, Cindy Robinson; 2 great grandchildren, Connor Robinson and August Hibbeler; special friends, Barbara Workman and Patricia Sexton; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Donnie Rinehart; two brothers, Danny Sexton and Ricky Sexton; a grandson, Taylor Robinson; and her Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Fraizer and Margaret Rinhart.
