From the scant amount of information provided by the internet, I believe Mike died in 11/2002 and may have been living in Rockingham NC. The obituary was printed in three newspapers but archived and unavailable (The State, the Rock Hill Herald and the Charlotte Observer). kme
6/27/15 Cheryl Pope Bumgarner added that Mike passed on Nov. 26, 2002. Buried in Forest Hill Cemetery. Thanks. Cheryl.
